Rib rolls are a delicious twist on traditional egg rolls. Instead of filling the crispy wrapper with the usual veggies and meats, they're stuffed with juicy shredded rib meat and flavorful Cuban pulled pork. This dish became popular in Miami, specifically at Flanigan's, a local restaurant chain known for its mouth-watering ribs. As a fan of the dish, I decided to create my own version at home and share the recipe. The result is a fusion of two classic comfort foods that is sure to impress any crowd. The BBQ sauce adds a sweet and tangy kick, while the tender rib meat and pork add a savory richness that is hard to resist. These rib rolls are perfect as an appetizer or a main course, and are sure to become a new favorite.
