Ingredients

  • 24 Hawaiian rolls

  • 1 lb. of sweet deli ham

  • 1 lb. of roast pork / lechon

  • 1/2 lb of Swiss cheese

  • 24-30 dill pickle slices

  • 1/4 cup of yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup of butter

  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic

  • Pinch of oregano

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°

Place the Hawaiian rolls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Carefully slice your Hawaiian rolls in half and spread the mustard evenly on the bottom layer of bread.

Over them mustard, layer on the cheese. Then over the cheese, layer on your ham. Over the ham, add your pork and pickles.

Gently place the top layer of the Hawaiian rolls on top, trying to line them up as best as you can to the bottom layer.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt your butter and garlic and add in a pinch of oregano. Brush the garlic butter over the top of all of the Hawaiian rolls.

Bake for 15 min. until nice and golden.
